My name is Adam Glenn and I'm a soccer coach that works with kids in my local community. Aside from my coaching work, I'm also a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I love all types of sports and physical activities, from football and basketball to rock climbing and cycling. When I'm not on the field or in the gym, you can usually find me exploring the great outdoors or writing.
